- Contact lists: FormDs provides contact info on thousands of companies.
- Custom projects: We can perform research and custom analysis on our database. We can also integrate data from other sources, including your company's data.
Leadership
Robert Hunt, FounderRobert loves seeing new and growing businesses as well as the investors that fund them. Prior to founding FormDs, Robert was an investor with a private equity firm in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and then a public markets investor at a hedge fund in San Francisco. Why FormDs
Our data is Comprehensive, Accurate, and Fast
Comprehensive - The SEC requires companies to report with the government when they raise money. We track those filings.
Accurate - Companies have a legal duty to provide accurate information in their filings.
Fast - Companies must file within 15 days of raising funds. FormDs gets the filings within minutes of them arriving at the SEC. Firms typically refile each year and update their contact information if it has changed.
